First, they should be manually cranked up and down several times to reach the standard before they can be used with electricity. When operating with electricity, there is a descent depth controller, but the operator must not leave the site without permission to prevent collision accidents caused by circuit problems.

Before using the screw type hoist equipment, it should be inspected, tested, cleaned up, lubricated, and the threaded section of the screw should be coated with butter to prevent rusting. The screw produces a simple phenomenon of bending during use, which is due to the pressure applied by excessive fire when closing the door. It should be removed and straightened in a timely manner. Other factors require checking the lifting height at the top of the thread, fixing the limit nut, and painting warning symbols to ensure safe operation with caution. This product is filled with enough butter before leaving the factory and has passed the overall inspection. According to practical conditions, the entire machine is overhauled every 3-5 years.

When installing the screw hoist, it is necessary to maintain a horizontal layout of 180 degrees at the bottom of the base?; The touch area between the base of the hoist and the layout plane of the foundation should reach more than 90%; The screw axis should be straight to the horizontal plane measured on the gate platform; Be straight and aligned with the lifting ear holes of the gate to prevent the screw from tilting and causing damage to the components due to partial stress.
