Before using the equipment, the first thing to check is whether the connecting screws between the vertical and horizontal frames, as well as between the gate plates (referring to the combination of multiple gate plates), have become loose during transportation and loading and unloading. Whether their joints are misaligned or not, they should form a plane and check the gap between the gate and the gate slot. The gap between the gate slot and the gate should not exceed 0mm. If there is a gap, the closing equipment can be adjusted and the connecting bolts can be tightened. When pouring concrete for gate equipment, the mortar flowing into the inclined iron baffle of the gate frame should be thoroughly removed to avoid affecting the opening and closing of the gate after the mortar solidifies. When installing the equipment, the gate should be vertically inserted into the reserved groove, and padding should be placed under the two end frames (it is prohibited to pad the lower crossbeam). The two frames should be stably erected using a manual hoist and diagonal pull. Straighten and level the gate, string anchor bolts in each foot hole, adjust the position of the gate, and support the template for the second phase of pouring.
