Installation guidance

Gate installation:

Before installing the gate, first check the connection screws between the vertical and horizontal frames, as well as between the gate plates (referring to gates with multiple gate plate combinations), to see if they have become loose during transportation, loading and unloading, and if their joints are misaligned. Adjust them to a flat surface and then tighten the bolts.

2. During installation, the gate shall be vertically placed into the gate slot as a whole, and adjustment blocks shall be placed under the vertical frames on both sides (it is strictly prohibited to pad the lower beam). The two vertical frames shall be erected stably with manual hoist and diagonal pull, and the gate shall be straightened and leveled. Anchor bolts shall be strung in the foot holes of each place, and the box shall be supported for Phase I pouring. Attention shall be paid to that the concrete shall not be buried on the gate frame, so that the bottom plane of the gate frame will stick to the cement wall. When the concrete is solidified, the gate frame shall be adjusted, and the anchor bolts shall be tightened. When adjusting the gate, the clearance around the water seal of the gate plate and the gate frame on the back of the gate shall be measured with a feeler gauge. If there is a place greater than 0.3mm, the gap between the gate frame and the Plug the iron sheet, eliminate the gap, and then adjust the gap around to be less than 0.3mm, and then carry out the second phase pouring. The concrete should be buried in half of the gate frame.

When pouring concrete, the mortar flowing into the gate plate, gate frame, inclined iron, and baffle of the gate should be thoroughly removed to prevent the mortar from solidifying and affecting the opening and closing of the gate.

4. Remove reinforcement materials. Before leaving the factory, in order to make the gate plate and gate frame tightly fit, and reduce the gap after installation, 4-6 hook plate pressure iron are installed on the upper and lower horizontal frames of the gate with a height of more than 2m. Top screws are added to the baffle of the vertical frame. After adjusting the gap, remove the hook plate pressure iron and top screw to facilitate the opening and closing of the gate.

Door installation:

1) The installation of the shutter can be connected to the flange, pre embedded, or permanently inserted;

2) When using the counterweight flap door, if the forward hydraulic pressure is insufficient to open the door leaf, unequal weight counterweight devices can be set according to the installation position requirements;

3) During the use of the floating box flap door, the specific gravity of the door leaf can be changed by injecting or discharging water into the sealing chamber of the door leaf to achieve the best opening effect.

4) When installing multiple shutter doors, if it is necessary to install them in separate numbers due to lifting conditions, attention should be paid to marking them, as the door seat and door leaf connection of each shutter door are occasional and cannot be interchanged.

5) The angle a between the installation axis of the wall penetrating pipe and the horizontal direction should be greater than or equal to zero degrees.

6) After the installation of the shutter door, a gap of about 3mm between the door seat and the door leaf is a normal phenomenon. When the door leaf is subjected to a certain reverse pressure, the gap will decrease and disappear.

Installation of winch hoist:

1. The installation position of the winch should be selected in a location with a wide field of view and easy for operators and commanders to observe. If used in conjunction with a mast, the distance between the winch and the mast should not exceed the height of the mast.

2. avoid the winch being dragged by heavy objects during operation, the fixing of the winch is also important. Lightweight winches generally adopt the method of weighting at the rear of the frame and piling at the front of the frame. Steel ingots and concrete blocks can be used for compaction, and they must be calculated to prevent insufficient compaction from causing the winch to overturn and slip.

3. Some construction sites also use vertical and horizontal anchor fixation methods for winches, and their frames are securely tied with steel wire ropes. Within a fixed factory building, factory pillars or other stable structures can be used as anchor points, but they must be accounted for and protective measures must be taken before they can be used. For the fixation of heavy-duty winches, concrete foundations can generally be made and fixed with anchor bolts. There are also double or triple vertical ground anchors, or large horizontal ground anchors used to fix winches with greater traction. The safety technical requirements for ground anchors are:

(1) According to the soil quality, excavate the soil according to the design requirements, and ensure that the size of the foundation trench is neat.

(2) To prevent a decrease in soil friction, the anchor pit should be flat and dry, without standing water.

(3) Ground anchors can only be subjected to force in the specified direction and cannot be overloaded for use.

(4) The anchor needs to go through a trial pull before it can be officially used. Regular inspection is necessary during use, and any deformation should be promptly repaired.

(5) No soil can be taken around the anchor; The angle between the pull rope and the horizontal should be around 30 ° to prevent excessive upward pulling force caused by excessive angle.

(6) The steel wire rope led out from the ground anchor should be treated with anti-corrosion.

(7) There should be no trenches, underground pipelines, underground cables, etc. within a range of 2 meters on both sides of the ground anchor, in order to avoid affecting the strength of the anchor and the lead wire.

4. After the winch is in place, a rain shelter should be erected on the upper part and sleepers should be placed on the lower part to prevent moisture damage.

5. Set up operator seats next to the electrical handle. Electrical devices should have protective grounding. Both gear transmission and electrical switches need to be equipped with protective covers.

6. The connection between the steel wire rope and the drum should be fixed at the left and right ends of the drum according to the different twisting directions of the steel wire rope. That is, the left twisted steel wire rope is fixed at the right end of the drum, and the steel wire rope is wound from right to left on the drum; The right twisted rope is fixed at the left end of the drum, and the steel wire rope is rolled from left to right. The steel wire rope should be rolled in (out) from below the drum to ensure the stability of the hoist.

7. The first guide wheel set in front of the winch should wrap the steel wire rope around the middle of the drum and be perpendicular to the axis of the drum. The distance between the guide wheel and the axis of the drum should be greater than 20 times the diameter of the drum. If there is a grooved drum, the distance should not be less than 15 times the length of the drum, to ensure that when the steel wire rope is wound on both sides of the drum, the deviation angle between the steel wire rope and the axis of the drum does not exceed 1.5 ° (smooth drum) to 2 ° (grooved drum); In this way, the steel wire rope can be arranged neatly on the drum, without oblique winding, overlapping, squeezing or rubbing against the side plate of the drum, which is beneficial for the protection of the steel wire rope.

8. For multi-layer winding drums, the number of layers of the steel wire rope should be specified according to the line capacity. The highest layer of the stack should be protected at least 2d (wire rope diameter) below the height of the drum side plate to ensure that the wire rope does not slide out due to winding.

Installation steps for screw hoist:

1. When installing the screw hoist, it is necessary to maintain the foundation layout plane of the base at a level of 180 degrees;; The contact area between the base of the hoist and the layout plane of the foundation should reach more than 90%; The screw axis should be perpendicular to the horizontal plane measured on the gate platform; It should be perpendicular to the hanging ear hole of the gate to avoid tilting the screw, which may cause local stress and damage to the components.

2. Place the screw hoist in the installation position. Place a limit plate on the screw, rotate the screw from the lower part of the crossbeam into the machine, and when the screw is exposed above the machine, place the upper limit plate. The lower part of the screw is connected to the gate.

3. The foundation for installing the hoist must be stable and safe. The concrete for the base and foundation components shall be poured according to the specifications on the drawings. When the concrete strength does not reach the design strength, the temporary support of the hoist shall not be removed or changed, and trial operation and adjustment shall not be carried out.

4. During installation, according to the centerline of the gate lifting, align the center so that the deviation of the longitudinal and transverse centerline does not exceed plus or minus 3mm, and the elevation deviation does not exceed plus or minus 5mm. Then pour the second phase concrete or connect it with the embedded steel plate.

5. For the installation of electrical equipment in the product, it must comply with the requirements of the drawings and instructions, and all electrical equipment must be reliably grounded.

6. After the product installation is completed, the machine should be cleaned, damaged protective paint should be repaired, and lubricating grease should be injected.
