Winch type hoists are generally used on flat gates and curved gates, and curved doors require dedicated curved door winch hoists. Especially in large reservoirs, shipyards, hydropower stations, etc., there are more choices. Before operating the winch, it is necessary to inspect it. After the winch type hoisting equipment arrives at the construction site, it should be comprehensively inspected in accordance with the relevant regulations of DL/T5019-94 "Manufacturing Equipment and Inspection Standards for Hydraulic and Hydroelectric Engineering Hoists" (hereinafter referred to as "DL/T5019").

Only after passing the inspection can the device be installed. The length of the steel wire rope wound on the drum should not be less than 4 turns left on the drum when the lifting point is at the lower limit direction. When the lifting point is at the upper limit direction, the steel wire rope should not be wound on the bare part of the drum. The lifting distance error of the double lifting point hoist should not exceed ± 3.0mm; After the steel wire rope is tightened, the centerline of the two suspension shafts should be at the same level, and the height difference within the hole should not exceed 5.0mm

Before conducting the electrical equipment power on test, all wiring should be carefully checked and comply with the drawing rules. The insulation resistance of the entire circuit must be greater than 0.5M Ω before starting the power on test. The temperature rise of each motor and electrical component in the test should not exceed their respective allowable values, and the test should use the electrical equipment of the machine itself. If there is a burnt component in the contact number during the experiment, the cause should be identified and replaced. The height indicator and load indicator should accurately reflect the stroke and weight. After reaching the upper and lower limit positions, the main switch should be able to announce the signal and automatically cut off the current, causing the hoist to stop working.
